Rapidly treading the path of success during its journey, the S.K. Chaudhary Educational Trust (SKCET), established in 1993 with a vision to extend helping hands towards those regions that require it most, has been a very popular and talked-about institution, not only of Provincial but also of the National as well as the International repute. The Trust currently runs Primary School, Inter / Degree College, Technical Colleges, Eye Hospital, Nursing College, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Watershed Development Programmes and much more to help millions in the backward areas of Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pardesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu et al. The Trust’s positive as well as unquestionably vibrant presence in Rural Development, Health care, Education, Agriculture, and Vocational Training is well recognized and highly appreciated at National as well as International levels. Today it can be safely stated that the Trust is undeniably one of the most sought-after Institutions, that can certainly guarantee the safe and secure future of the students as well as the persons associated with the Trust.
As of today, the most significant and talked-about achievement of the Trust is that the chairman Dr. Sant Kumar Chaudhary, along with the other Trustees was highly appreciated for Philanthropic Services by The then Hon’ble President of India Smt. Pratibha Patil ji. This historic event, held in the Darbar Hall of the President House (Rashtrapati Bhawan) on the occasion of the inauguration of the new Administrative Building of the KVK and the unveiling of the marble statue of Late Bhabnath Chaudhary ji, Founder Trustee, Dr. Chaudhary earned several National as well as International Laurels. This event also witnessed the release of the Special Issue of the Kisan International, a quarterly Journal, published by the Trust.
Lots of accolades and appreciation were accorded to Dr. Sant Kumar Chaudhary, when the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Her Excellency Dr. Kamla Bisheshar along with her entire cabinet had graced the occasion of the convocation and the signing ceremony of the collaboration with her country.
The Trust has a distinct and proud privilege to have been blessed physically by more than twenty-five Governors, not only of the various vibrant states / provinces of our India but across the Globe, some of which to be mentioned are His Excellencies Nirmal Chand Jain of Rajasthan, Balram Jakhar of Madhaya Pradesh, Jagannath Pahadiya of Harayana, Satpal Malik of Bihar and later on the Governer of J&K, Dr. D.Y Patil of Bihar, Dr R.S Gawai of Bihar, Smt. Margaret Alva of Uttarkhand and Rajasthan, Kalyan SIngh of Rajasthan, Kalraj Mishra of Rajasthan, Haribhau Bagre of Rajasthan, Shiv Pratap Shukla of Himachal Pradesh, Ganga Prasad Chaurasia of Sikkim, Rajendra Vishwanatha Arlekar of Bihar, Aarif Mohammed Khan of Bihar, Santosh Gangwar of Jharkhand and many more.
